This spot nails stunning views, especially by the outdoor pool that overlooks the red rocks. The kitchen in the One-Bedroom Villa is super handy for anyone wanting to whip up a meal after a long day.
Checking in felt like mission impossible, with room access delayed for over an hour and the unit lacking a Smart TV. Even worse, the room had dirty tile floors that turned my daughter's feet black, and the connected room design raised safety concerns when someone barged in on us. The absence of proper attention to cleaning left a lot to be desired, just a tad disappointing for a place with Hyatt's name. Lastly, watch out for the pushy timeshare sales pitch right at check-in—hated that distraction.

Sedona's culinary scene is a gem, with Wildflower Bread Company dishing out dreamy artisanal bites. And we loved having a kitchen in our Two-Bedroom Villa for some home-cooked family meals. Plus, the awesome pool views added a cherry on top!
Not a great value for the money, and watch out for the pushy 'concierge' trying to reel you into a timeshare pitch right when you check in. It's a side hustle disguised as help!

Parking was challenging. the check-in process directed me to a timeshare pitch.

The pool area was amazing, views that just blow your mind. Kids loved every moment, from playing games to arts and crafts, they were entertained non-stop.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but was acceptable for what we got.

The location offered easy access to shopping and dining, making it convenient for our family getaway. The kitchen in the two-bedroom villa was fantastic for preparing meals and felt like a home away from home. However, I found the pushy sales pitch for timeshares upon check-in quite off-putting, which took away from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Service
Our two-night getaway was enjoyable. The one-bedroom villa felt cozy. Despite minor maintenance issues, the friendly staff made our stay memorable. We loved preparing meals in the full kitchen, perfect for our small food prep. Don’t miss out on the scenic hikes nearby. they’re breathtaking!

missingWrote a review on Feb 25breathtaking viewwell-equipped kitchenettechallenging staircase accessdusty roomshower knob malfunction
The view from the room was breathtaking, with Snoopy Rock providing a stunning backdrop. However, the lower level room I was assigned had two flights of stairs that made moving our luggage challenging, especially in the dark. While the kitchenette was well-equipped for family meals, the shower knob was upside down and the room was quite dusty, which worsened allergies. A more thoughtful room assignment process would enhance the experience significantly.
